Return Policy

1. Eligibility Requirements


We accept returns for unworn, undamaged 925 silver earrings that are in their original packaging (with tags and anti-tarnish bags) within 30 days of delivery to your US address.

Non-Returnable Items


  • Customized/engraved earrings (unless defective).
  • Earrings that show signs of wear (scratches, tarnish from improper care, broken posts from misuse).
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

2. Return Process (US → Mainland China)


  1. Request RA Number: Contact service@usdhfkg.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 10-20 days (required for processing).
  2. Ship the Return: Pack the earrings securely in their original packaging, mark the RA number clearly on the outer package, and ship to our China warehouse (address provided in the RA email).
  3. Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the US customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS International First-Class) to avoid lost packages.

3. Refunds & Exchanges


  • Inspection: Once we receive your return (typically 10-20 days from shipment), we will inspect the earrings within 10-20 days.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10-20 days. Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different size/style, note this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability; if the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items


If you receive earrings that are defective (e.g., broken hypoallergenic posts, missing stones) or incorrect (wrong style/size), contact us immediately at service@usdhfkg.com with photos. We will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs to China.
  • Provide a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping fees) once the defective/incorrect item is received.

5. Refund Exclusions


We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet eligibility requirements, or for returns received without a valid RA number.
